With kiln burners being designed for higher momentum and capable of firing multi alternative and conventional fuels, the proper kiln operation is more sensitive to the burner position inside the kiln. After each shut down when the burner is removed its optimal position is lost. Finding it is cumbersome, slow, and very inaccurate.
